Getting eligible patients to randomization

I’m a patient recruiter and spend my days finding eligibles from EHR flags, calling within 24 hours, and then babysitting the journey through consent, labs, and the first dose; right now we’re at a 19‑day referral‑to‑randomization median. If you’ve cut no‑show rates for that first visit, what moved the needle for you — shorter pre‑screener calls, SMS nudges, or travel stipends?

I’ve found SMS nudges really help; we saw a 30% drop in no-shows. How are you coordinating your follow-ups? @PatientCareTips.
