Would You Take This Job?
Would you work as a hands-on clinical research coordinator—balancing patient contact, meticulous documentation, and study operations at $27/hour with strong benefits? Why or why not?

I did a CRC stint in urology and the toughest part was constant EDC queries and last‑minute OR schedule changes. Ask how many studies each CRC carries and whether there’s dedicated regulatory support; if you take it, try to negotiate paid time for query cleanup and certification fees.

Sounds solid, but at $27/hr I’d ask about average study load, OR vs clinic time, and who owns EDC query clean-up/monitor days. Do late add-on cases pay OT?
